Is it possible to add an option to export the Zoho ISSUES in pdf format?  Currently, I only see an option to export as Excel and CSV.

Is it possible to show the DESCRIPTIONS field in the Issues View or add a custom column named "DESCRIPTION" and another column named "RESOLUTIONS"?
