Hello, I'd like to know what are the daily limits for sending out emails using the Lite Mail plan. I am using Apollo.io for sales prospecting and I configured it to send out 240 daily emails to prospects with 90 seconds wait time between emails but I keep getting my Zoho mail blocked.

Please provide suggestions. Thanks!
