We are a small company using zoho one. We have been using office 365 for email primarily, but we have wondered if the value of integrating better with ZOHO CRM,  that Zoho mail is worth switching to. 

I see good reviews about in online searches, but zoho people say to stay with outlook. Zoho is as good. 

Can anyone share there thoughts of the value of integrating better is worth it and if Zoho mail in general is a good product?
