I have created a zoho account, verifyied domail.I have also created 5 email address but now I am facing a problem that -
i am able to send messages using my zoho email ids but if any person trying to reply on that mail then it gives a mail which says-"Address not found.Your message wasn't delivered to "email@domain .com" because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail."
This is really unprofessional and the client is very disappointing with this and has asked to contact other providers as he needs around 500 email ids by year end.
