I have purchased the Zoho Mail integration with Zoho Recruit and have questions/concerns:
- I currently have my outlook email set up as IMAP.
If I configure my Zoho Mail as POP(as you don't currently support IMAP) - will it affect my IMAP account in outlook?
- If I don't keep my outlook and just use Zoho Mail - how do I parse attachments (resumes)?
- What are the storage limits per user - can they be increased?
- An email has been associated with a candidate or client contact - if I permanently delete the email (i.e from trash) from my Zoho mail - will it still be visible in the candidate/client contact record?
