We have a large number of 'organisation' contacts, all of which are carefully categorised. This works perfectly when using webmail however when using the Zoho mail app, contacts are merely shown in one huge list. There is no categorisation shown and 'organisation' contacts are mixed in with personal contacts of that user.
Is this right as it's not very intuitive and is very clunky for the user? Have we missed some fundamental set up process to ensure contacts are reflected the same way as via webmail?
