Zoho Mail auto block even if login is not suspicious

One of our employees recently travelled and accessed his email on different countries. Zoho automatically blocked the email due to suspicious activity.

After unblocking, will he still receive the emails that was sent to him while his account was blocked?

How can we remove this feature?

Zoho needs to notify the admins first before blocking the users, where can we remove or edit this feature where we can opt to notify admins first before blocking. This is not good.
