I've been struggling to connect Agile CRM and Hubspot. It's been 2 whole months and is frustrating! 

Hubspot says it could be a firewall from zoho preventing me from connecting. Is asking me to go into zoho mail settings to whitelist the IP addresses that Hubspot provide. How do I navigate to the whitelist option for that? 

Whenever I tried connecting in the first place, the messages reads "Account cannot fetch emails; cannot connect to host... failure port 993." for AgileCRM

Other times, it reads "Cannot connect to server, check your username and password and try again later" for Hubspot.

To the Zoho Community, How can I connect my zoho mail for IMAP into either of these 2 CRM???
