Hi, one of my users is getting hanging when using Outlook 365 (2016). They are using EAS to connect. Is this supported?

Also, it appears that when using this on multiple devices, not all folders are syncing correctly, including missing folders (not showing on certain devices) and unread mail counts also not syncing.

Please advise ASAP.
