Dear Zoho,
Last time I heard nothing for a couple of days while my mail was not working at all, or not properly. You also claimed nothing was wrong (at status.zoho.com) and we never heard anything. Please be fair about any issues and give us some information.

P.s.: I am not looking for a remote session with one of your support employees. I just want to know you guys are working on it and that you keep us informed. If you need my input to find out what is going wrong than that is not really hopeful.
