I have set up a 3rd Imap Email Accounts on Zoho Mail Client , Premium editions (Paid) , but trying to send out an email to one of the Contact on Our linked Zoho CRM Enterprise's Contact this error appear preventing to send out the email : 

Could you please help to resolve the error ?
