zoho mail keeps failing office365 POP authentication for mail fetch

When I enter the credentials for the office 365 email, it works for a little while, fetches etc, but after an hour or two I get an error, and it stops working.

Below is the error email I get:

This account <office365_email> has been configured in Zoho Mail for fetching mail via POP. A Mail Fetch failure error occured for this account. This could be due to Authentication Failure for this account. Hence auto-fetch for this account has been disabled. Kindly change the Mail Settings in Zoho POP Settings page and re-enable auto fetch. Thanks.
