Dear Zoho Mail Support Team! Please, I need your help!
I already tried again to access my Zoho mail – acacio.oliveira@solarcommit.com.br – using MS Outlook, with POP3 and IMAP, but it is not working in both situations/configurations....
I already did all checks but the Zoho server informs that my account or password are wrong…. I already tried to change the password… it works well by Zoho WEB Mail Site, but I CAN NOT access using MS Outlook, configuring a local account using POP3 and SMTP or IMAP…. May be you need to “RESET” my e-mail account????
I always receive a message that the server rejected my login.... and check the e-mail or password.... I alreadu did it many times....
