Zoho Mail not updating Last Activity Date in Contacts
Emails sent using Zoho Mail appear in the emails section of the Contact page. Yet it does not appear that the Last Activity Date is being update when sending/recieving emails thru Zoho Mail. Or through synced emails from Google Apps. Nor IMAP delivered thru Zoho Mail.
Also these emails, even though they show up on the Contact page are not showing up on a simple report with Emails as the Primary Module.
The only way to email a contact and have the Last Activity Date updates seems to be hitting Send Mail directly from the contact page.
Is this by design?
p.s. How is it that a CRM cannot easily show me a list of people i have not contacted lately. Isn't that one the main features of ANY CRM? This worked in GoldMine 25 years ago!!
