Zoho mail server problem - Can not send email with attachment using Windows Live

HI,

We have our mail server on zoho mail , 
 
Since last two days, from none of the email ids we are able to send email with attachment greater than few kb. We are using Windows Live on Windows 10. Even few kb attachment take long time to be sent.
 
--  We have FTTH internet connection with 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speed.
-- We tried with different ISP ( 4 Mbps download and 560 kbps upload speed – on standalone machine) , issue is same
-- We have tried on different PC, when no other PC is using internet, using FTTH connection, issue remains
-- We have tried disabling Kaspersky Internet security, issue remains
-- Same attachments can be sent using zoho webmail
-- Same attachment using Windows Live can be sent through  gmail accounts.
 
 
This issue was noticed first on evening of 27th Feb, but after some time it got resolved.
 
Last night also, one message  with 4 MB attachment could be sent, but same is not transmitting now.
