Hello,

 

I was wondering if there is a way while using the Microsoft Mail Merge Function, to group different leads based on different criteria. Right now the only option I am seeing is having to manually select each lead needed or doing one mass mailing, I need to be able to group different leads based on industry, location, position in pipeline.
