Zoho onboarding and making it more customizable

I have a lot of needs that I want to get out of Zoho Onboarding, but it seems that the functionality is available yet. 
  1. Duplicate entry: if they enter information once (First Name, email, etc) it automatically applies to the rest of the onboarding process
  2. Adding multiple candidate flows for different types of employees (W2 Hourly, W2 Salary, etc.)
  3. Changing the order of the process: Profile, Documents, then forms. Or even just being able to move the forms section around. 
  4. Being able to reject submitted forms and initiating candidates to re-do assignments
  5. Rather than clicking "submit" after a field is done, when they click submit it automatically goes to the next section
  6. Being able to add more info when you "Add Candidate", other than just name and email. Like pay rate, start date, who recruited them.
