I have Zoho One account, use the Zoho Projects app for all of our project management. Last week we added new users, after new users were set up as client users/client company a new project and tasks were set up. After they accepted their email invitations to ZP we can't tag new users in the comments section of a project task. I was told by the support this was an issue for all Zoho Bundle accounts (Zoho One) They said it would be fixed on 1/10/22 but I still can tag the new users. Any anyone else having this same issue and anyone from Zoho Support with a timeline to fix this issue for Zoho One/Zoho Project account users
