As Zoho One users company wide we've had the sync from Zoho Desk to Zoho Analytics working correctly for quite some time and have not made any changes to the set-up recently.

Today the sync began to fail with the explanation " Your Zoho Desk account pricing plan does not support Zoho Analytics integration." and the suggested solution "Please upgrade your plan to use this integration."

Has the ability to integrate Zoho One included apps and Zoho Analytics been removed from Zoho One user accounts?
