We are currently utilizing the Zoho One Admin Panel for managing our organization's user accounts, app assignments, and security settings. While the panel offers a user-friendly interface, we believe that an API for these functionalities would significantly enhance our ability to automate administrative processes, integrate with our existing systems, and improve overall efficiency.

The Zoho One Admin Panel currently supports the following key functions:

• User Management: Adding, modifying, and deleting users.
• App Provisioning: Assigning and revoking app access for users based on predefined conditions.
• Security Management: Configuring security policies such as multi-factor authentication and password strength.
• Dashboard and Monitoring: Accessing key metrics related to user sign-ins and app usage.

The ability to interact with the Zoho One Admin Panel programmatically would enable us to:

• Bulk import/export user data
• Automatically provision and de-provision apps based on employee lifecycle events
• Integrate security policy changes with our identity management system
• Retrieve usage data for reporting and analysis purposes

We initially submitted a support ticket inquiring about the availability of a Zoho One Admin Panel API, and received confirmation that such an API does not currently exist. However, given the potential benefits of API access and considering the existing API capabilities within other Zoho applications like Zoho Flow, we believe developing a Zoho One Admin Panel API is feasible and would greatly enhance the platform's value

We believe that a Zoho One Admin Panel API would provide significant value by streamlining administrative tasks and enabling deeper integration with our existing IT infrastructure.
