Zoho One Apps Pending for Approval
Hello,
I have used Zoho Mail free edition for some time, but yesterday I paid for a Zoho One subscription. Most of my applications are now listed as "Pending for Approval" inside the App Settings Directory. When I select an app, I get an error which states, "Sorry! Due to an unknown error that occurred in the service, we are unable to process your request. Please try again later."
Please let me know how I can proceed with using my Zoho One subscription. If this cannot be fixed, I need a refund.
