Zoho Potentials to Quickbooks Invoice

Hello All,

My first Zoho forums post, please be gentle!

We currently use qb to generate invoices, and use Zoho crm potentials for all our sales processes (we do services only, no products).  When potentials are won AND services are finished, potential is marked closed won and unbilled. Once a week, I manually xfer each potential amount to a qb invoice, then checked off a custom field 'billed' to avoid double billing

I want to automate the xfer of potential to qb, is this possible? If not, is there a better way in crm to accomplish this task?
