My company pay for premium support but so far have not even recieved an acknowledgement of our emails:

Updated 22/06/23 14:12 with findings about chrome versions
Chased 28/06/23 16:31 with complaint

... it's now 03/07/23 and we've still had no response. Even though we are paying for a 3hr SLA
