There does not appear to be a way to move around the projects when in list view. Why is this important? Because I also use ZOHO Mail which integrates with ZOHO Projects. I can create tasks from within Mail, but when you go to do that you are forced to sort through a jumbled list of project names.

The way the projects appear in Mail is based on how they show in Projects. Currently all projects are ordered according to when they were created. That makes it difficult to sort through projects when assigning tasks via the mail application.

Any ideas?
