zoho projects upgrade

I have just upgraded to the 10 projects option-I have received only 9 projects, not 10.

I have had 1 free project active for quite some time, but this should not affect the upgrade.

In short, you owe me the ability to add 1 additional project, which would bring the total to 10--not the current 9 just given me, and for which you have just informed me that you have deducted monies for 10.

Could you please give me the additional project ASAP?
