Zoho Recruit

We are planning to subscribe to a paid version of Zoho Recruit. Have a couple of questions :

1. is the application editable i.e can we add new fields , remove unwanted ones etc

2. If we initially have only one user account , can this application be accessed by one other user from a difference PC?
Once we find it works for us, we will sbscribe to mroe accounts

3. Can it be customised ? i.e have a developer extend some features ?
