Zoho recruit alert based on date field

Hello, I don't seem to be able to setup an alert based on date fields that does the following:

When a certain date field is within a certain time frame (or exactly matches a certain rule), send an email.

What I'd like to obtain is the following:

- We have a custom date field to "review" candidates that is set about once a year. We want Zoho recruit to send us an email reminder one week before the "review date".

Is it possibile?
