I am paying for 2 Zoho Recruit Standard Subscription users.  I am trying to understand the convert process.  I only see the option to convert a candidate to a contact or contact to candidate.  I read that I should also be able to convert a candidate to an employee, which I would prefer.  When I go to manage modules, I don't even see an "Employee" module.  Also, I don't have a settings tab anywhere where Zoho Recruit will allow me to map or link fields during a convert.  And my last question is to clarify that during a convert the record is completely removed from the other module, is this correct?
