Zoho Recruit Create Offer is not working.

Zoho Recruit Create Offer is not working.

Trying to create and send an offer to a candidate, but when I click the "Save & Send" button, the button becomes greyed and disabled, making it impossible to continue with the process. I have admin privileges, so that doesn't seem to be the issue.

Also having a pop up in Job Openings when clicking to "Generate Offer Letter"
