Essentially, I’m trying to run a report that will allow me to determine how many candidates I need to submit to a position, in order to get a placement.  The way I’d like to see that is as follows: 

1. Client Name
2.       Posting Title
3.             # of Positions
4.                   # of Candidates Associated to the position
5.                         # of Candidates Submitted to client for the position
6.                               # of Interviews resulting from those Submittals
7.                                     # of Placements resulting from those Interviews

I hope that makes sense.  Basically, I’m trying to track how many candidates need to go into the top of the funnel in order to make a placement.  That way I can determine, working backwards, what the probability of making a placement is based on the “top of funnel” activity.  Is there a way to make that happen in Zoho?

Any advice would be much appreciated!
