1) Request that the candidates have a Username and Password. otherwise any one can modify the candidate profile. and also the candidate want to see his profile to see his informacion and edit it at any time.

2) In some cases for a Job Openning we have to make a test, we need a way to implement this system before running for some especific job openning we need to implement this on Zoho recruit, many others companys does have it. 

Make it opcional for some Job Oppenings when u release it and if u release it.

3) We want to be able to insert a Image or picture to each individual Job openning, for when the candidate see or clic the Job openning be able to see the picture or image.
