Hi everyone.

I am having trouble using the Zoho Inventory. What is happening is that after I create a shipment manually, I want to send the email notification with the tracking number on it to a third person.

Example:

I am selling a product to a company A, but I need to send the tracking number to a person B that is not related to the A. Zoho only allows me to send tracking emails notification to people under that company name. If I try to add a new email there, it asks me to add a contact and it will reflect on CRM/Books.

I think Zoho should have an option to be able to send the email to whoever I want to, not only to people related to a certain company.
