Since a couple of weeks (after upgrades to IOS13 and most recent Zoho version of APP) we encounter an issue on a presentations which is looped in our public space.

It will run fine for say 40 minutes and then suddenly in a transition (random point in the PPT) it will go "black". Only solution is to restart the presentation and sometimes even requires rebooting the Apple TV.

It actually used to run fine for hours, this is a recent event, and no significant changes were done at the slideshow/presentation itself.

Tried lots of things, no solution found yet. Anyone else experienced this ?
