Hello,

I'd like to be able to use ZOHO ShowTime to record Webinars and send to clients, but the recordings on the Trial Version are poor quality.  I thought the Trial recording was from the Professional Package (HD), so I'm not sure what is the issue or a solution.  Even when I upload documents instead of using screen share, the quality isn't high.

I'd like to convert to a paid plan if I can get better quality.  Please advise...
