Zoho Streams Mail Archiving and Tagging

Hi Zoho Mail Team!

We use streams to manage group inboxes, i..e accounting, support, etc.


Everyone that has access to the stream needs to be able to:

1. Archive emails to clear the inbox
2. Use the tagging feature to tag emails

If any users that have access to the account do one of these actions, the actions have to apply to the entire mailbox(TEAM LEVEL).

At the moment only I as the group owner and the moderator can archive emails and have them removed from the mailbox, AND no one can see tags anyone else applies.

1. If this is the case, do I have to MAKE EVERY MEMBER A MODERATOR in order to ARCHIVE emails?
2. Is there a way to tag emails, that also reflects the whole team? Or is tagging only like a personal view?
