Zoho Support <> CRM Integration - is this thing on?
The Zoho Support integration allows your sales, marketing, and top executives to view and monitor customer support tickets right from within your Zoho CRM account.
We've finally figured out the integration. Let me tell you, it wasn't easy. Paying for users, enabling access, plugging in ZSC keys! Zoho, this cross product integration needs work.
But we're done! I am certain, I see
Zoho Support integrated successfully.
But under Leads, Contacts, and Accounts in Zoho, I've got nothing new (and we've created tickets from new individuals, in Support)
More than that, in Support, I expect Contacts to match the Contacts in CRM, it does not.
What gives?
