Zoho Support taking too long to resolve invoicing issue

I've been waiting for a problem to be fixed with my invoices. I reported the error 2 weeks ago and still waiting for a response.

In the meantime I cannot send the invoice I need, which means I'm not getting paid. Not good when you're self-employed.

Please get this resolved ASAP Zoho
