Zoho support will not respond, closes all requests for help

I accidentally deleted an email address and have been going back and forth with support for over 2 weeks now, but they stopped responding last Friday and any time I reach out, my requests get closed with no reply and they will not respond to my email. My last successful communication with them was on Friday, during a phone call that resulted in them not fixing the issue and saying someone would call me back. Does anyone have a recommendation for how to get this resolved? 

Progression:
1.Asked for account to either be reactivated or fully deleted, as it says the account is in use already, but I cannot log in with my credentials.

2. Account partially deleted. Now when I try to log in, it takes me to the "create an email address page" and when I type in my old email address, it says "We are sorry but we cannot create a mailbox for this account at this time." 

3. Emailed support and they scheduled a phone call. Support can see the accounts are linked (my Zoho and my backup account) but I still cannot login. They called on Friday, did exactly what I had already told them didn't work (logging in, creating Zoho email address, got same error) said they would call me back and have been missing ever since. 

4. Due to no reply, tried posting on here that I've been ghosted. Post gets marked "closed" with no reply from Zoho whatsoever. 

Any recommendations on how to get this resolved? This is nuts.
