Zoho systems are not user friendly

The longer I use Zoho (books, crm, support, projects) the more frustrating I am finding it.
eg. I click to view an invoice, then I want to go back to the previous page, BUT when I go back it either takes me to a completely different page or it takes me back to the previous page but I have to do the filter again, and again, and again.....
I also want to be able to open pages in new tabs, but a lot of the time it doesn't allow this.
I think these systems could be really good if you guys fixed things like this, but at this time I am finding it dissapointing and am even considering switching to some other system.

Anybody else have thoughts?
