Zoho technical support is not reliable even for potential paid users!

Zoho technical support is not reliable even for potential paid users!

Well, it's been more than two weeks I am asking Zoho to resolve a serious issue. I have initiated several tickets on it. After initiating a ticket they reply on it after a few days, and after 2/3 replies they completely disappear. I wonder they have an official practice of closing tickets without resolving them.

My question to other FREE Zoho users, am I the only user facing the issue or it is a common scenario here? I already have setup my enter business with Zoho, and planned to upgrade to paid plans once my business is grown enough. But to make sure I am taking the correct decision I need help of the other Zoho users. Please share your experience here so that it become helpful for me and others as well to figure out the issue I am experience and take proper decision.
