Zoho voice and Zoho CRM mobile app
I am trying to sync my mobile app Zoho CRM to Zoho voice. When I go to make an outbound call to the clients in the app, it uses my personal phone number. In the settings of the Zoho CRM app, I see it gives me an option to where I can place calls from. However, those options are mobile, FaceTime, and Skype. None of the options is Zoho voice, even though I have the app downloaded and connected to the same account. How can I make it so when I press the call feature in the Zoho CRM app, it calls from the Zoho voice phone number.
