I was thinking of using Mail Merge to create documents from CRM and automatically link them. However, I noticed the "publish" function and it seems the default is "to the world".

This creates some anxiety as it is not clear what this "to the world" means. Does it mean that it is now searchable by Google and anyone can access it even if the link is not directly send to them? Like someone can randomly find the link?

Is there any way to change the default of the Merge to only publish in the organization?
