We are currently facing a critical issue impacting our live business operations due to a misalignment problem between Zoho Writer templates and Zoho Sign output.

 Issue Summary:

We have an automated workflow in Zoho CRM using Deluge scripts that generates documents via Zoho Writer and sends them for e-signature via Zoho Sign. This integration was working flawlessly until recently.

However, we’ve started noticing that:

• The original Zoho Writer template is perfectly formatted.

• But the final document rendered in Zoho Sign is misaligned, causing major disruption in our client-facing processes.

This has broken our production workflow and is delaying essential document sign-offs.

 What We’ve Already Done:

   • A screen recording of manual testing confirming that the issue doesn’t occur in manual tests:

Our Ask:

• Has anyone else faced this issue recently with Zoho Writer + Zoho Sign integration?

• Are there any recent changes to Zoho Writer rendering, especially when triggered via automation?

• Is there a known fix or workaround (e.g., header/footer tweaks, merge field realignment)?

• Can anyone from the Zoho engineering/product team offer insights or escalation help?

This issue is urgent and is affecting client documentation cycles, so any help, insights, or Zoho team intervention will be highly appreciated.
