ZOHOCRM API Integration with VocalCloud - To Be Able To Use A Dialer

I recently contacted Digium, who handles the orders for Asterisk customers that need PBX phones, and was told that there was an existing ZOHO Plugin for VocalCloud, which is based on Asterisk.  I bought the phones and installed the VocalCloud system.  They are now telling me that the ZOHO CRM setup to make the system work with the Digium dialer.  They are now recommending that I do a custom development project with the vendor below - is this really necessary - does someone out there have a ZOHOCRM API plugin for VocalCloud?  If not, if I cancel the VocalCloud contract can someone port the phone numbers over to another service and get me connected to ZOHO CRM and a good dialer mechanism?  You can contact me at smartin@4medsystems.com or give me a call at 612-385-3528 to discuss.

I just spoke with our representative at VocalCloud and he explained that, unfortunately, they do not offer any custom development. If there is an existing plug-in for Zoho CRM that has already been developed, then VocalCloud would be able to set up the custom panel on Switchboard, but they do not do the actual integration.

 

With that being said, we do have an API where you could develop some type of integration between our system and the Zoho CRM. If you are interested in speaking with someone who does custom development, you may want to contact someone at Starnet Data to see what it would take to have an integration between Switchvox and Zoho.
