Op 27 september organiseerden wij in de Jaarbeurs in Utrecht, Zoholics Benelux. Meer dan 300 bezoekers kwamen opdagen voor hét Zoho event van het jaar Zoholics.
De dag begon met een aantal plenaire sessies waarbij er voornamelijk stil werd gestaan bij de toekomst van Zoho en welke nieuwe producten er aankwamen en welke je kan uitproberen.
Na de pauze vond onze klantenpanel plaats met een mooie mix van verschillende bedrijven. Zo namen Eugenie van Zeelst van Business Art Service, Peter Zijlstra van Red Group, Maarten Verbunt van Maunt en Mart Kok van TakeCareBnB deel aan deze panel waarbij het ging over het embedden van de Zoho producten.
Vervolgens vertelde Raju Vegesna meer over Privacy bij Zoho en gaf Sukhpreet Singh een korte introductie over het community platform en hoe je een MVP en ZUG-Leader kan worden.
In de middag werd Zoholics opgesplitst in drie tracks met elk een eigen thema. In deze tracks vonden er verschillende sessies plaats over bepaalde apps. Daarnaast openden wij ook de 1 op 1 sessies. Tijdens deze sessies konden bezoekers vragen stellen over een Zoho app of feature.
Track 1 stond in het teken Marketing & Sales. Daar werden sessies gegeven over CRM, Campaigns en MarketingPlus en vertelde E-Wise over hun ervaring met CRM.
Het thema van track 2 was Zoho One, Support en Samenwerken. Zo werden er nieuwe updates gepresenteerd over Zoho Desk en Zoho One en kwamen er case studies voorbij hoe Zoho Desk werd geïmplementeerd bij NOC NSF en hoe je Projects kunt gebruiken in combinatie met Zoho CRM.
Track 3 stond in het teken van Developers, Analytics en HR. Zo werden er meerdere case studies gepresenteerd over andere Zoho Creator en Zoho Recruit. Maar ook een sessie over hoe je Catalyst gebruikt in combinatie met Zoho CRM en een introductie over People Plus en een sessie over Zoho Analytics.
Al met al was Zoholics een mooi en geslaagde dag met heel veel informatie, interactie en gezelligheid. Via deze weg willen wij uiteraard alle bezoekers, partners en collega's bedanken die hebben deelgenomen aan Zoholics 2022. Het klinkt cliché maar zonder jullie was dit niet mogelijk geweest. Wij hebben mooie en waardevolle feedback ontvangen en gaan hier mee aan de slag voor Zoholics 2023. Oh ja, wij hebben ook nog een leuk filmpje gemaakt.

I realized that during my March bank reconciliation, I chose the wrong check to reconcile (they were for the same amount on the same date, I just chose the wrong check to reconcile). So now, the incorrect check is showing as un-reconciled. Is there any way I can edit a previous reconciliation (this is 7 months ago) so I can adjust the check that was reconciled? The amounts are exactly the same and it won't change my ending balance.
