ZohoRecruit account closed but ZohoMail account still active

ZohoRecruit account closed but ZohoMail account still active

I realise that when staff leave and we close their ZohoRecruit accounts, that their Mail accounts remain active. It's an additional process to close the accounts which is problematic as accessing accounts often requires an sms code (sent to the ex-staff member's phone). Has anyone else encountered this problem?
