zShare button takes me to Social Splash page not publishing

zShare button takes me to Social Splash page not publishing

I access Zoho Social through my Zoho One subscription.  I am using Firefox for Windows 10. I have the Zoho Social extension installed. When I click on the zShare button at the bottom of a photo I want to share it takes me to the general information page about the product and not the publishing page (see attached screen grab). This is despite me having my Zoho Social Dashboard open at the time in another tab.

Can anyone help me with this?
