What is the correct process to refund an offline payment? I want it listed in Zoho Subscriptions as a refund for my reports, but not for an actual payment as that is handled offline. Do I create a credit note, then refund that? Thanks

How Do I Not Require a Credit Card on Hosted Payment Page
Your own marketing says that requiring a customer to enter a credit card for a trial reduces the chance that people will sign up. I can't find any way to not require the user put in a credit card. This should be an easy setting. The only references I see in the forum say that you can't use the hosted payment page. This is such a basic feature that this makes no sense to me. What is the workaround? If there is no way to not require the credit card, I would have a free trial as a plan but I don't see
