Creating Invoice
I created an invoice in zoho books. I that amount is shown as "Balance Due". And terms as "Due on Receipt". We are a online seller. After processing the order only we are creating invoice. Mostly all invoices are paid during processing the order itself. We need to show as paid not as due. We don't want this balance due term in the place of amount. What we need to change? Please see the image for better understanding.

Dear Zoho Teams, I wanna perform matching and reconciliation for all my Paypal accounts (Eur, Myr, USD and SGD) from July 2016 to Jun 2017. However, the ‘feeds’ only import 26 Aug 2016 onwards. May I know how to get the data from 1 Jul 2016 onwards to 26 Aug 2016 since Paypal statement consists of multi-currency transactions? Zoho Books - Mail Integration
Will there ever be a ZOHO Mail integration for ZOHO Books? I think it would be a fantastic idea to have ZOHO Mail's Contacts, Calendar and Tasks synced into ZOHO Books, so that we can have tasks for projects and meeting with my clients synced into our Calendar. Having the ability to email clients straight out of ZOHO Books through my ZOHO Mail account would also streamline the process.
Turn off: "Would you like to categorize all transactions with the following criteria"?
In categorizing bank transactions, each entry as saved pops up the Rule window, waste of another click. Is there any way to reduce mouse actions by turning this off for every transaction? A 'button' within the transaction to create a rule would be ideal if one does wish to do so. ~Maybe 1 out of every 250 transactions needs to be memorized (for us lots of travel). Having quick access with a button to memorize vs. window popping up every transaction would be great. Thanks for considering! -Gina@ABO.

Rounded payment received from customer
Hey there, I have raised one invoice to my customer for Rs. 66,075.60/-. Now that customer has paid me in two parts. First payment as Rs. 50,000/- & second payment as Rs. 16,000/-. (Total 66,000/-). Now account of that customer in books is open as Rs. 75.60/- which I will not get from customer. (It is like he is paid rounded amount & rest of the amount that I need to forget like cash discount) So my question is if I want to close account of my that customer than how can I do in zoho books? Right

Hello, Generally I used to write the Serial number of account (From the Printed copy of Predefined list of accounts with the serial numbers ) or a small notes to each row of printed Bank Statement, Then our accountant will enter the transaction to Particular account according to the given number or narration or Instruction. With this I need not put much time to categorise and entering the transactions. It will save the time of Business Owner. Could you please add a "notes" Column with live update
Feature Request - Bill Reminder
Much needed function = Bill Reminders I would love to be able to set up custom reminders on Bills. It would dramatically help manage cash flow, ensure on-time payment, and maximize discounts (where applicable). Is this in the feature pipeline? Right now, I have to check Bills all the time and enter a series of calendar reminders (clutters the calendar, creates a lot of duplicate and unnecessary work).

I would love to see a user defined status in it's place, like the paid, overdue etc on the left top of invoices. Hello, I would like to know if Zoho Books has a system for tracking unsettled petty cash advances. For example: I have a petty cash account with $100 inside. An employee gets an advance of $20 for gasoline. The employee only spends $15 for the gasoline so he has a remaining $5 with him. How can I track the settlement of the $15 of gasoline (probably with a receipt) and the remaining $5 balance that the employee has not yet returned and when he returns it? Overview, Purchases, Adjustments & History are an amazingly useful new feature. I'm sure I noticed on release a half hearted attempt to show a "Sales" feature, this disappeared almost immediately ? It would be so nice to have an additional tab to show these sales details, listed & graphically. I would certainly appreciate it along with many others I think :-)

I am having an issue where employees do not collect the full billing address since it is not required. We need it for marketing and mailing purposes but a big chunk of my contacts do not have billing addresses. Is there anywhere that I can make the billing address field required when adding a new contact?

We have many teething troubles in migrating from Focus to Zoho as below 1. Unable to see opening stock/closing stock in profit & loss report. 2. Not Able to edit item at invoice level
Hi, I've noticed that once I create a item and at the time of invoicing I realise that I need to edit the item name then there is no provision to edit immediately. We need to save invoice and go to item master and edit and come back to invoice. Hope to see this feature soon. This facility is available in tally.

Negative Credit Card Accoutants
Hi When ever I make a payment to my credit card, it increases the debt, rather then decreases it. so at the moment Zoho is showing that I have - 17,000 on a credit card, where in reality I have -600 which is reflected in the positive figure of amount in bank which correlates to what I can read off my statement. When ever I add a payment from my bank account the figure just goes more negative. Thanks
