How do I deposit undeposited funds?
I have an amount sitting in my balance sheet under undeposited funds. I have now deposited them but the accounts do not appear in the manual journal. Any advice welcome!
Estimates Reminders
Dear Support we use the Estimates module, and we found that we need to have automatic Estimates Reminders that remind the customer the date of expiry of the Estimate,
Snail mail credits will cost $1.50 from January 5th 2012.
Dear Customers, From the 5th of Jan 2012, each snail mail credit will cost $1.50. However, there will be no changes in the number of snail mail credits used for mailing an invoice. It would still cost you 1 credit for US and 2 credits for the rest of the world. Now is the right time to stock up on credits at the 99 cent pricing for usage later. Estimates Advance Template
We use estimate for different products and each one have different info, can you do something like this http://graphicriver.net/item/proposal-web-proposal-template/5736632?WT.ac=search_item&WT.seg_1=search_item&WT.z_author=Paulnomade so we will have to put some text and Pics for one time for each Estimate and the result will be like above. note: i know that the example is a template for printing but all we need that we can create Estimate with multi pages having pics and contain in the end the cost.
Customers not authorized to access portal
In Books we send invoices to customers with a payment link. Suddenly they are getting this message - Our payment service is Stripe. We don't use customer portal feature and just have the payment link sent in the invoice email. It's been working fine and just started. I tried logging out of the system and checked the customer invoices. I sent a new invoice. And I went to the payment gateway setup and reentered our Stripe secret live key. But ZB still gives this message. How can this be corrected?
Loans to customers, payment schedule
My real estate company loans money to customers to buy our properties. Typical these loan are a bridge loan util customers work out their mortgages. Usually there are 3 to 4 years loans. Can ZB generate the loan schedule ? Principal and interest. How do I record the loan and corresponding payments?

Item description font size
Is there any way to make the font size bigger or change the color of the item descriptions on the invoice template? I see where you can change the item font but there doesnt appear to be a way to change the description size. When printed, it is way too small and light grey. Thanks
Migrating from Invoice to Books
Hi, I had been using Invoice and now migrated to Books. What I did is the following, and I realize that I may have complcated things: Imported all invoices Imported all payments Impoted my last Bank Account statement (July) I was able to match all bank account transactions for July. However since I migrated transactions from Zoho Invoice earlier dates, I have now a missmatch in balances and various accounts. To keep things simple, I would prefer to "start form scratch" and make July 01 my opening

Hello Zoho Books users, Recently AOL has made some changes to their security policy. As part of this change, any emails sent from Zoho Books using a AOL email address will get undelivered. If you are using a AOL email address as your Primary email address then we request you to change the AOL email to some other email address other than AOL so that you will be able to send emails to your clients successfully. You can follow the instructions in this link to change your email address in Zoho Books.
Zoho books and zoho invoice
I have one question regarding zoho books and zoho invoice integration. Once i have migrated my organization from zoho invoice to zoho books will any entry into zoho invoice sync directly with zoho books? My employees are using zoho invoice in spanish because our company is located in Spain but I want to use zoho books for my own accounting and leave them to use zoho invoice to prepare invoices etc. for the clients.
Enable module to be synced
I'm hoping someone can help with this. I have a zoho crm account and trialing zoho books, I'm trying to sync my contacts from crm and in zoho books the "enable module to be synced" the import contacts tab has been syncing for 2 days and I cant click on
Superannuation
In Australia employers are obligated to pay Superannuation 0.95% on top of the employee's wage to their Superannuation fund for retirement. Is their a way in ZohoBooks to track this for each pay/employee? We hold the money and have to lodge it quarterly to the Super company for that employee? Look forward to your response. Deanna Mannix

Dear Zoho I am setting up a client with Zoho. Some of their contacts have two different sites, ie two different physical addresses in use. Is it possible to somehow record this in Zoho books?
Unclear about Zoho CRM and Zoho Books integration
We use Zoho CRM for our organization and Quickbooks for accounting. I want to change to zoho books only when it can get the invoices that are created from Zoho CRM. In the new documentation online it states that it might be possible on the top and in the questions it says it CAN'T. Which is correct?
Organization name vs. Company Name
On invoices, is there a way to have a different Company name than the Organization name? I would like to keep track of the organization by site number, but the Company name on the invoice needs to be name of the parent company.
Multitenant resp. Multi-client
Hello, we are using Zoho CRM for several years now and we decided to use books, too. As we have three branch offices in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, we need to do invoices from each single country. Is there any possibility to establish 3 different "senders" or "shippers" in one single books account? Otherwise we will have to cancel our subscription again.
Company logo in header
Hi, This is a really minor point, but in the older version of ZB, we were able to have our company logo replace the Zoho Books logo in the header of the page. That doesn't seem to be possible in the new version. Was that deliberate? It's not a major issue, but personally, I thought it was a nice touch. Thanks
How Can I see a list of my estimates or Sales Orders
Hii All I want I way to report the estimates that I have made and the Sales Orders that I have received from customers, in the reporting when I make sales reports it shows only what I have invoiced, but I want to show all orders that I got as report regardless if I invoiced the customer or not Thank you

Adding bills to invoice as an item
I love that Zoho Books has a feature to add unbilled expenses to invoices, but I wonder if there is a way to add open bills to an invoice? When I receive a bill from a subcontractor for a project, I need to add that cost to the invoice (plus a markup). I also need to know when I've paid the subcontractor and closed out all my expenses for a project or a particular invoice. It would be very helpful if a Bill could be associated with a project the way an expense is, so that I could see outstanding
Expense partly paid with Paypal balance, partly with credit card
Hi, Ii paid an expense through Paypal but there wasn't sufficient balance to pay the full amount so the remainder was charged to thcredikt card against the Paypal account. When I put the expense through Zoho, Ii could only choose one payment type, so I chose the Paypal balance, however now there is an imbalance as my Payapl actual balance is zero, but he Zoho Paypal balance is showing as a negative. How can I offset this? Many thanks
Invoice history doesn't display all invoices for Customer/Project

Timesheet sum
Is there a way to see a sum of hours by group level in the timesheet? If I group a timesheet report by Project for one staff person, I would like to see the sum of hours for each project (or other group level) and not just the individual timelogs for that staff. I know it's possible to view this information in the Project Details report, but only by one project task at a time. It would be extremely helpful to have a report that sums the timelogs for each group level so that it appears all in one

How to convert from one currency to another?
Hi, how can I make a convertation in Zoho books from one currency to another? For examle I have a list of Expenses and Invoices. According to it in my cash desk I have 600 eur, but I want to convert it in US Dollars (the main currency). Simply speaking I need minus 600 euro and plus 780 usd (1 eur=1.3 usd) in my cash desk. New Zoho Books - Issue with Custom Email Templates
We've been testing the new Zoho Books interface and it is a huge improvement over the old one. One very important thing I noticed though, is that our custom (HTML) email templates with logos and badges have been reverted to plain text. Are we going to lose all those customizations by moving to the new Books? Are those even possible with the new Books?
Euro invoices for UK companies need amount in GBP also
We are a UK company that invoices mostly in euros. However invoices for a UK-registered company are obliged to have the equivalent euro amount in GBP on the invoice. As far as I can tell, this is not currently possible with Zoho Books?

Hello I am surprised to find out that reports in zoho Books dont allow for a This Year vs Last Year comparison. This feature is an essential tool for decision makers in any organization. Zoho Books has so many cool features. Hope to see this one very soon.

Feature Request: Enable 'Test Mode' or 'Mock Organization'
I've only been evaluating Books for a few days, but so far I love what I see. In looking for a new invoicing/accounting service, at the top of the requirements list was a full-featured API that has feature parity with the native service front-end. I was happy to see that virtually everything that the Books app itself can do (minus reports and dashboard summary info), can be done from the API. I was sold. Is it possible to get a custom aging report? I am looking for 0-30, 31-60, 61-90, 91-120, over 120. Also, I was wondering if it is possible to customize the invoices a bit more...add more lines & if possible have the COMPANY NAME be the billing name, rather than the Description Name..... Thank you.
Return to old user interface
I clicked "new user interface" and am now in the new web UI. How do I go back to the old interface? main reason is I can't see a comparison of bank and Zoho Books balances for data fees.

Company Info Not Showing up on Invoices
Hi I am trying to get started with Zoho Books and I am running into a problem. I have edited the invoice & estimate temples to suit our needs, but our companies phone # & Fax# are missing when we create an invoice or estimate. I have this information imputed in our company information. Also, the customers phone number is also not showing up. Please Help. Thanks
Custom Fields Not Showing Up
I added some custom fields to my invoice template in Zoho Books, but when I open the mobile app and try to create an invoice the custom fields are not showing.
